Does it seem possible, when a largish multimodal telecommunications provider sells you their newest thing, provides absolutely no technical details whatsoever, keeps repeating how plug-and-play it is, when you attempt to go live, nothing works, and you need new hardware?
It is a crazy world where something so unlikely can happen. I am beginning to question my faith in their good intentions.
Next up: those Nigerian chaps aren't the reliable money source I had hoped they would be!
